05 Jan Lockdown – Changes in Service Delivery – January 2021 Kendoon will continue to provide services remotely throughout this second period of lockdown. Our office hours remain the same – Monday to Thursday -9.00am 5.00pm, closed 12 - 1pm for lunch. Friday 9am – 4pm, closed 12 – 1pm, for lunch.
24 Dec Level 4 restrictions in Scotland – Emergency Repairs Only Following updated government advice, we will continue to provide an EMERGENCY only repairs service, as we will be doing during the festive shutdown, from 6th January 2021 (when we reopen).
18 Dec Festive Break Repairs From 4pm on Friday 18 December 2020, Kendoon will be reverting to emergency repairs only, in the lead up to our Festive break. Please keep routine repairs and report these to us when we reopen in January.
18 Dec Festive Break Opening Times Kendoon will close for the festive break at 12 noon on Thursday 24 December 2020. We will reopen at 9am on Wednesday 6 January 2021.
03 Dec Kendoon Tenants Vote – It’s a Yes! – Joint Press Release Kendoon Tenants have spoken and vote overwhelmingly to transfer to Pineview Housing Association!
03 Dec Ballot Outcome – Letter to Kendoon Customers A secret, independent ballot was opened for 21 days, and closed Monday 30 November at 5pm. 54% (200) of customers cast their vote, with 88.5% (177) voting YES. We are working towards a transfer date of 1 February 2021.

Changes to Your Scottish Secure Tenancy Rights

Intoduced by the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014

The tenancy agreement you have with us is a Scottish secure tenancy agreement. You will have received a letter explaining the changes to Scottish secure tenancy rights made by the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014. 

The information contained within the following information affects your rights under the tenancy agreement you signed when you took up your tenancy. You should keep it in a safe place along with your tenancy agreement in case you need to refer to it in future. 

Telling Us About Changes to Your Household 

To ensure that your tenancy rights are protected it is very important to ensure that you advise us of any changes to your household. 

This includes telling us about anyone who has previously moved in with you who you haven’t already told us about, and when anyone moves into or out of your home in the future at the time they do so.
