Applying for a house
The Association is a partner in The Glasgow Housing Register. This online application system is temporarily unavailable while further development work is carried out. If you have already applied for housing through the Glasgow Housing Register and require to update your application, please contact the Housing Associations/Co-operatives that you applied to directly.
During the temporary suspension of the Glasgow Housing Register, you can apply for housing with Kendoon by contacting our offices. To apply for housing with us, you must be over 16 years if age.

Verification
When completing an application for rehousing with Kendoon you must provide the following proofs for you and anyone who is to be rehoused by you.
Please complete the form, signed and with 2 forms of identification one from list 1 and one from list 2
List 1 : Required for all persons included on your application form
- Proof of current address
- Utility bill in the last 3 months
- Passport
- Driving Licence
- Proof of Child Benefit in your name for children included on your application
List 2 : 2nd Form of Identification
- Bank statement
- Benefit letter award letter (must be within last 12 weeks)
- Award letter
We would advise you to submit your documents to our offices where we will photocopy them and return them to you. If you are posting your documentation to us you should ensure that this is sent by Recorded or Special Delivery to ensure that your documentation arrives safely. We will return your documentation in the same manner.
Your application will be processed but will remain pending until all documentation is provided.
If you are currently suitably housed or have no exceptional circumstances, there is a likelihood that you may not be successful in securing housing with the Association. Even if you do have exceptional circumstances because of our low turnover, you may wait a significant length of time for a suitable property.
