Office Closure - 17th March 2020

As a result of recent advice set out by the UK and Scottish Government, we have undertaken a risk assessment of our service delivery.  As a result, we are asking staff to work from home from 18 March 2020, until further notice.  This means our office at Garscadden House will be closed.  However, we will continue to provide you with our services remotely.  We have a responsibility as an employer to ensure we look after the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, and anyone else affected by our business. This includes you as our customers, and our contractors and partners.

We will continue to provide our services; however, there will be changes as to how these are delivered, as set out below:

  1. You can continue to contact the office using our telephone number of 0141 944 8282 or by emailing us on

  2. It would be helpful if you could provide us with your most up to date mobile number as we will be implementing a new text messaging service during this time.  Please advise Alison Vass of your phone number, name and address by text. Contact details are over the page.

  1. You can continue to report repairs by telephone, email or online.  We will continue to provide a non-emergency and emergency repairs service (for as long as our contractors are able to do so) however, we will be asking screening questions to ensure our contractors are provided with the correct information to ensure their wellbeing, and allow them to take precautions.  In the event that contractors are not able to provide a non-emergency service we will let you know. Out of hours emergencies can continue be reported to Glasgow City Building on 0800 595 595.

  2. Our Welfare Benefits service, provided by Citizens Advice Bureau, will be operated by telephone rather than face to face advice.  The Welfare Benefits Officer will call you if you have an appointment. Contact the office if you wish to make a telephone appointment.

  1. As always rent payments can be made at any PayPoint facility, Post Office or online

Please note we will not be able to undertake home visits or offer appointments, however all service will be provided by phone. Relevant telephone numbers are below:
